These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ClipyBoard and related services provided by Lomincorp (“Lomincorp”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using ClipyBoard, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You may use ClipyBoard only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation or security, reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to store or distribute unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive material.

Your content

You retain ownership of the clipboard items, notes, images, files, and other content you submit or sync. You grant us only the limited rights needed to host, process, synchronize, secure, and display that content to you across your devices. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for your content.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and devices secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid features may be sold as recurring subscriptions. The price, billing period, renewal terms, and taxes are shown at checkout or in the applicable store. Direct website purchases may be processed by Paddle. Apple App Store, Google Play, and Microsoft Store purchases are billed and managed by the applicable store. Cancel a subscription through the channel where you purchased it; cancellation normally stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund.

Refunds

Refund eligibility and processing depend on the purchase channel. Direct Paddle purchases are governed by our Refund Policy and Paddle’s payment processes. App Store, Google Play, and Microsoft Store purchases are subject to the applicable store’s refund rules and request process. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Intellectual property

ClipyBoard, its software, branding, design, and documentation are owned by or licensed to Lomincorp and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while you comply with them.

Availability, changes, and termination

The service may change, be interrupted, or include features supplied by third parties. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security reasons, or where required by law. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination will continue to apply.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipyBoard is provided without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lomincorp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or loss of data, profits, or business. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
