This Privacy Policy explains how Lomincorp (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use ClipyBoard, including the desktop, mobile, and web-connected features, Cloud Sync, and support services.

Information we process

We process the clipboard items, notes, images, links, and files you choose to capture or save. Content stored locally remains on your device. If you enable Cloud Sync, the selected content is transmitted to and stored with our service providers so it can be synchronized to your signed-in devices.

Account and purchase information

We process your email address and basic sign-in information to authenticate your account and connect devices. If you purchase directly, our payment provider may process billing, payment, tax, and transaction information. We do not need your full payment-card number to provide ClipyBoard. Purchases made through Apple, Google, or Microsoft are processed under that platform’s account and payment systems.

How we use information

We use information to provide Cloud Sync, maintain account security, respond to support requests, process direct purchases, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve reliability. We do not sell your clipboard content.

Service providers

We use infrastructure and authentication providers, including Firebase where applicable, and payment providers such as Paddle for direct purchases. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services and under their own terms and privacy policies.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and transaction records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can delete synced content and request account deletion by contacting us. Backups and legally required records may persist for a limited period.

Security and international transfers

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, subject to applicable legal safeguards.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to receive a portable copy of certain information. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law requires it.

Children

ClipyBoard is not directed to children who are below the minimum age for digital services in their location. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
